This is how my dad quit smoking. He thought it would be easy to quit chewing because it was so nasty. 30 years later he still chews. If he is not eating or sleeping he has a dip in. Also, he never spits. But he did quit smoking.

Well, I decided to quit smoking yesterday and I’ve been like the HULK! I feel like I was going to snap at any second, but I’m like you – I can’t stand the smell anymore, I don’t smell like it, and I can breathe a little bit better. I got a can of dip today and needed to learn how to do it properly, thanks man – you made me laugh and learn. By the way, hot chicken doesn’t work for you? I loooove hot chicken.
