I would say, lead by your example, and find people to surround yourself with that are healthy. I do yoga, and though I’m not perfect (god forbid!), I have a community who likes to stay in balance. It’s been great to have those kinds of friends too…

my friends smoke, like animals, I am a person from 10000 people who did not smoke at the Universities of Give me a solution for them, Maybe when they see a beautiful girl like you, advising them to refrain from smoking
to be honest and this is just my opinion, i smoked cigs for a while…then i bout a hookah from a friend…and i feel way better smoking hookah rather than cigs….doesnt give you all that tar and crap in your lungs and the smoke is flavored….and its more of a social thing when i do it with a group of friends….never smoked cigs again
Never go to smoking in the first place, try asking friends might for help when you are really stressed .
eelakh, do you dream about smoking? cause that happened to me,i don’t smoke anymore but once in a while i get the craving(thats where this breathing exercise should come in handy).you should get into working out its what helped me quit. just me 2 cents.
That’s wonderful! You will get through this. Just keep breathing, and staying focused. You can do it–it’s tough as hell, but totally possible. Every day it will get a little easier.
Make sure to replace the cigarettes with something healthy–this breath, exercise, walks… It’s kind of exciting. All options are available to you. Embrace that you want to smoke, and then realize that the reason you want to so badly is because its an addiction. You’ll bust it–just stay on track. xoSadie
I’m a heavy smoker and right know I don’t have any cigarettes and I am having withdrawal symptoms. But your method of breathing is reducing my frustration. I think it is working:D I hope I will remember it always.

Sadie, I love your videos. If you have a problem with smoking try Allen Carr’s book “The easy way to stop smoking”. It works! Seriously the most effective way to quit. Has saved me a bomb, and my health is much better too.
