Quitting smoking V-Log. The beginning…pre quit day

I am trying to quit smoking as of 10pm tonight and will be posting more videos everyday. I seen lots of these on youtube and its a really good idea. If i relapse i can go back to the videos to see what went wrong[what the withdrawal symptoms were that day and why i started]so i know what do to for next time lol.
