After smoking a pack a day for the last 13 years I never thought I could ever give it up but this book makes it easier than I ever thought it could be. The exercises also helped me to slow down and enjoy life. I still crave cigarettes once in awhile but the book gives great tips on handling the cravings and I haven’t given in after five months and I don’t plan to. Now my grandmother says she’s ready to quit so I just bought her a copy. I recommend anyone who wants to quit to try this program now.

Got something to say?
