@TarotLadyLissa Well, I am proud of you for taking
charge of your health!! YOU GO GIRL!! Plus, the
wrinkles from smoking would look bad with all
    the gorgeous makeup :)

@Purrrsuasive1 Im a medical student, so I see it a lot. Thats one of my reasons for quiting.

  4. Purrrsuasive1 on September 1st, 2010 11:35 am

This is really neat, if it really works. I would send this video to someone if I knew someone that smoked! Can you believe I don’t know anyone that smokes! Well, yes I do, you :( I really hope you are able to quit and save yourself the battle of lung cancer! Going to a hospital and seeing a patient dying of lung cancer and living on an oxygen tank would also be something I’d advise you to go to. It’s such a scarey wake up! You can do this Lissa!!!

@Txshizzle I currently use the 11 mg. and it works just fine at controlling cravings and it does feel like Im smoking. There have been safety issues brought up about these cigs… but honestly they have been being used in europe for years safely.

@Txshizzle I also got the recharable carrying case. you charge the case and it will recharge your cigs for you for 24 hours or more. It holds two batteries and two carts. Keeps you from every getting stuck with an uncharged cig. The carts are refillable, and he has a wide variety of e juice for refilling them. I also would say do NOT go any higher than 16 to 18 mgs on the nic, then work down from there

    @TarotLadyLissa

trying a disp. first to see if you like it was a great idea! If you decide to stick with it, I would be happy to point out some things to help you get the best unit for your buck. rockymountainvapor is a good site to go to. the guy that runs it is awesome and the prices for 2 rechargable refillable units is really good.

I used to smoke 2-3 packs a day and switched over to the electronic cig, I loved the idea and at first loved being able to smoke wherever I went but the downside is the cartriges did not last long for me(i was a very heavy smoker) and when I ran out I couldnt just drive down the street and buy a refill, since then I have quit smoking though so it did help.

@12quillemall5321 Vapor is not nearly as bad as smoke, but it isnt 100% healthy. Just healthier than tobacco cigs.

My doctor has a problem with smoke, period. He says any type of smoke damages the body. What about vaporizing?

My ex-boyfriend, as well as a couple girls at my work tried that about a year and a half ago and it didn’t work for them unfortunately.

@Txshizzle the company I got these from (electronic cigarettes inc.) have a few rechargable units that look good.

  16. TarotLadyLissa on September 1st, 2010 4:59 pm

@Txshizzle I got the disposable one to try it out before I spent money on the rechargeable ones. I saw the manual ones, I think I would like that.

  17. TarotLadyLissa on September 1st, 2010 5:08 pm

@Ashley11021 Considering that regular cigarettes have over 600 toxic chemicals, I feel safer with only a few. Besides I am using this as a means to quit.

  18. Ashley11021 on September 1st, 2010 5:45 pm

i heard some bad things about these.. like some of the chemicals in them are bad for you.. so its kinda like killing a bad habit with another one.. It was on some doctor show lol..

  19. Txshizzle on September 1st, 2010 6:36 pm

One of the very best ones on the market is called the Joye 510, when you order you will get 2 of everything 2 cigs. ( not disposable) 2 atomizers, 2 batteries, charger and a very nice case. All you have to do is buy the liquid to refill your cigs. MUCH cheaper than disp. I also reccomend one with a manual battery.

  20. Txshizzle on September 1st, 2010 6:42 pm

I’ve used an electronic cig for the last 6 months and its amazing!! I smoked for years…. and this is the ONLY thing that has really helped me to kick the habit. The disposable ones are really not the way you want to go. After months of experience I can lead you to some fantastic products that you will LOVE.
