CAUTION! using “Generic NICOTINE PATCH – THE FIGHT TO QUIT SMOKING CIGARETTES! Day 8-12

February 1, 2010

DAYS 8 to 12 – Oct 22, 2009: PLEASE SHARE YOUR EXPERIENCES WITH US, TO HELP US ALL in the battle to QUIT SMOKING these cigarettes. Thank You As in the video I am on Day 12 and using still adjusting and anaylizing my use with Zyban (Wellbutrin), and nictonine supplents – DAY 3 was the HARDEST DAY so far, EVEN with using the NICOTINE PATCHES & GUM. TODAY Days 8 through 12, have been so much better. Food tastes better and I noticed I have a lot more time now, than I did when smoking. I NEVER REALIZED HOW MUCH TIME SMOKING TAKES OUT OF EACH DAY! – That habitual reaching for a cigarette, driving and even thinking about smoking IS DIMINISHING RAPIDLY. I did not think that coming up on 2 weeks, that I would feel this good, along with many of the habitual triggers getting less and less. Places that smokers have been smoking, smells like a old stail wet ash tray…and does not smell good at all. CAUTION in video: Regarding generic nicotine patches coming off, and were not fully adhiesive when I went to replace them. If your are or going to use the Nicotine Patch, USE: NICODERM, it will make all the difference in the world. Plus I have backed down to only 1 zyban (wellbutrin) a day, because it creating to much anxiety.

E Smoking in the pub

Who would of ever thought after 25 years of smoking, I have been a non-smoker for 2 weeks now.
These past 6 years, since I have been walking with the Lord, I never really had an agenda or conviction to quit smoking…. and just thought to myself that I would probably be smoking all the way up to Christ’s return to rapture us out of here.
It was that gentle tug on my heart by the Holy Spirit that I came to realize God was wanting me to actually quit smoking. So after 3 fails, I made it now

Got something to say?
