Here’s me introducing the book “The EASYWAY to stop smoking” By Allen Carr It’s been long enough guys – 15 years to be exact. I am 25, and my plan is to quit smoking FOREVER! Right now i have my doubts about the book and i agree with the part where it says fear is the reason why it is so hard to quit. BUT i am going to read it with an open mind, and hope it does what it claims.
