I am on day 3 without a ciggerette I’m using Commit Cappuccino Flavor lozenges 4mg the way that i’m quitting is not looking at ciggs in stores or in peoples mouths i’m working out to relieve stress and to get in shape so instead of lighting a ciggerette pop in a lozenge and start running it’s easier to wing yourself off a lozenge then it is a ciggerette well wish me luck
